Matt is a cabinetmaker by trade and has been in the construction/renovation industry for the last 15 years. Since he was a kid, he was always "raising the bar" - a line uttered by his father almost exclusively about the insane lengths he would go to always be at the top of whatever he was doing - and now that rings true with everything that happens here at The Mill.
